Goals and values

Goal setting
Your goals should be related to the main goal and type of business. We recommend specifying no more than 3-5 goals for each category:

  1. Business goals
  2. Product development goals
  3. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Reasonable goals

  • S – Write down the end result of the goal with all the details
  • M – Use numbers or other accurate data to make a goal to evaluate the result
  • A – Set tasks that you can handle. Do not lift the bar too high
  • R – Ask yourself “Why should I do this?” Maybe the goal needs to be reformulated or it is superfluous
  • T – Set a deadline by which you plan to achieve the goal. It stimulates and prevents relaxation

For a better event, the following goals should be described in the table by items.

  • Business goals

If the goal is large, break it down into smaller and more precise tasks and measure the progress in achieving them.

  • Objectives related to product development

Make sure the work you plan to do in the development process meets your real business goals and is the core of the whole business

  • Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The goals of sustainable development are a plan to achieve a better and more stable future for all. They address the global challenges we constantly face, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental protection, peace and justice. Learn more and act.
What goals, if any, do you plan to achieve in the field of sustainable development (CSD)? If available, write the appropriate number and brief description.

5 “why?”
This is a process that will help you understand your situation and what you think. Start on the left and write why you are doing what you are doing (your goal). Then ask yourself why this is important. And then ask again. Keep asking yourself questions, questioning your assumptions

This process will help you consider other issues or settings when you build your startup. Why do customers need your product? Why do you use a specific market entry strategy?

Values
Create a list of core values for your company individually or with a team.

  • Why did you join (or start) the company?
  • What are your personal values? (Try to prioritize them)
  • Which of the above values would you like to see in your company? and why?
