Create a spreadsheet to make your ideal customer profile.
- Client type (Whether they are a corporate company, SMB or clients)
- Who is your ideal client / fill in your ideal client profile? (Find and list several options)
- What products do these customers use? (For each, try to find which ones they are currently using (list a few options))
- Who makes the decision? (Company: What positions?
Buyers: How would you describe this person? Find 5 positions / people) - What is the profile of the decision maker? (Look at the LinkedIn profile for each position in the company you define as your ICP. If you work with clients, use social media to identify their needs.
